Technical operation

When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed to deliver and protect the site. The hosting provider, specific retention periods and legal bases must be checked against the actual infrastructure before publication.

Email contact

If you email us, we process your information to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information by unencrypted email.

Contact form and spam protection

When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address, company if supplied, and message to respond to your enquiry. We load Google reCAPTCHA only after you agree in the form. Google then processes technical usage data to detect spam. The exact legal basis, retention period and any international transfer require legal review before launch.

Matomo analytics

Matomo is loaded only after your voluntary consent. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. In the current Matomo configuration, two bytes of stored IP addresses are masked. The full IP address is processed for geolocation. Matomo does not set tracking cookies on this website.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and withdraw any consent you have given. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
